Net Promoter Score (NPS)
A method for measuring customer loyalty based on how likely customers are to recommend a service.
Omnichannel
A strategy that provides customers with a seamless experience across digital and physical channels.
Optimization
The continuous improvement of solutions based on data and insights.
Organic Traffic
Traffic to a website that comes from unpaid search results, typically through search engines.
